The trigger: when alcohol takes up too much space<\/h2>\n\n

For years, alcohol was the rhythm of my day. A drink to relax, another to celebrate, then another to forget my worries. Until the day I realized that it was no longer me who controlled my drinking, but the alcohol that controlled me.In the morning, I’d wake up tired and irritable, and those around me would suffer. Quitting alcohol wasn’t easy. For the first few months, it was a daily battle against cravings, against the habits ingrained in my social life.Evenings without a glass in hand<\/strong> seemed impossible, and yet, little by little, I discovered that you could laugh, share and be yourself… without a drop of alcohol. <\/p>\n\n
